Updated review...2 months later, I have the exact same screen issue, and the phone's screen is just black but still vibrating when charged. I live in another city, so I can't just bring it back. I ended up having to call the waranty in, which I should have done before. The official samsungw warranty repair guy here said the battery looked swollen and that when the screen was repaired, most offical samsung screens come with both new battery and frame because you want to maintain the integrity of the whole assembly. When the repair was done at XL, I think he only replaced the frame and screen. So I'm not sure this was an official screen like promised. Even so, the phone is bricked again, and the repair was a waste of $300. They were nice though. I'll give them that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter got her screen replaced in September because of her screen going out. It wasn’t cracked nor had she had any issues prior and the screen was put in incorrectly and is now falling out. Her phone has never had these issues before coming to them, and this is the first time she’s had to get it fixed because it’s a brand new iPhone 13. I called to see if they had a warranty on service and the person who answered the phone basically told me my daughter dropped her phone and the screen is popping out because of something she did and not them failing to properly install it. they refused to replace it for free seeing as she just got it replaced and less than 3 months later she’s having issues...

Dude Im not even joking when i say the customer service is amazing,The guy that works there is amazing we went in on a thursday with 3 of my siblings and he gave us all quarters for the gumball machine.we went to get a price quote because my brother broke his ipad so bad the screen was peeling off,he told us 200 but said he could do it for 170 and he was so patient and let us think it over,we agreed to leave it and came back a few hours later and the ipad looked brand new,everything works fine now the prices are very reasonable,the other place we went to quoted us around 250.this place is def cheaper,if you ever need any repairs you need to...
