I JUST HAD the WORST experience today , 3/7/2025 around 5:30 leaving the store. As two of YOUR employee men in a black van were unloading items in front of the store, one of the man WATCHED me struggle getting YOUR CART from YOUR store. One was free handed, but didn't offer help (which I didn't care at all). But after I finally got myself out, he waited until I was halfway walking down towards Little Caesers to tell me that carts are not to leave the store. I have 2 kids, a purse, a bag full of 8 packs of hair , a lunch bag ,AND an additional bags with purchases ! I asked what should I do SEVERAL TIMES, but he never offered a solution, or sympathized with the fact that I have TOO MUCH TO CARRY WITHOUT A CART & that that feat is IMPOSSIBLE. He kept saying that people steal carts. I told him that I don't do that, he could watch me just put my kids in the car and I'll bring it back, but he kept saying that I can't leave with it. There was NO SOLUTION. I would've have even waited for him to get another employee to help me take my things to car and paid them, but to blatantly watch my struggle getting out your door, see my hands are full, wait until I'm 15 feet away just to say I can't leave the cart out the store when you could've said that AT THE DOOR is ridiculous. Luckily a wonderful man came and helped me to my car after seeing how ludicrous the situation was getting. I've been going here for over a decade , and will be HAPPILY be shopping...

I don't usually go to this beauty supply but today I did and I went to purchase hair by Expressions. All the hair had a clearance sticker for $2.69. Somehow the hair was priced incorrectly and they refused to honor the price which is not fair to the customer. The Chinese man that works there said to me with an attitude "you know how much Expressions cost" I replied yes I do but if you mislead your customer with an incorrect price you should honor the price and go correct the rest. They refused to sale the merchandise for $2.69. But the Chinese lady Did give me 5% discount off the total charge which was $1.00 off. Other than that I guess they alright. Just be mindful that whatever the sticker price is might...

Went to this beauty supply store with my four kids and I was followed the whole time. I've been here before and never had this problem. I do not steal. I only grabbed a few hair bows and was looking for Bobbi pins but couldn't really finish shopping. I dont even carry a purse or bag that I could steal with. I literally had on fitted shorts and a shirt with my children holding my hand and bows in the other. The man followed me and my children around the whole 10 minutes we were there. It's a shame because I would only go to this store because it was right beside Superlo now I'll go out of my way not to go there and I'll be sure none of my family goes either. Sad...
