Tried to send two boxes, but was told I needed to either print my own labels. Or, they can print them for $4.23 a piece - which is roughly half the cost of shipping. Seems like they've got all of the information and it's already paid for, but they're trying to nickel and dime me. I just stopped there and she said she could not ship my item in the original packaging (it was perfect for shipping) and I went to another UPS store close by and was able to ship without any problem. Would be great to have a good level of service at...
