5 stars, all the way!! I am so glad I found Jordan, who is a true artisan. I purchased a custom-made, birthstone ring (which I wanted to be big and beautiful) from another jeweler and have not been happy with the setting ever since I received it. I dreaded pulling it out of my jewelry box, knowing I was going to feel a pit in my stomach about how much it had costed and what it looked like. The prongs were oddly long, the girdle on the gemstone was an eyesore, and it just didn't really quite work. I found Jordan after days of researching and reading reviews on different goldsmiths. I went to the shop after reaching out to him via email. His response time was awesome and his store hours were also more convenient than any of the others I'd found. I told him what I didn't like, and together we came up with a design solution by adding an upper wrap-around lattice-type band on the girdle and pave pearls in the gaps. He also adjusted the prongs to wrap around the gem instead of sticking out. I am so happy with the outcome. My ring truly looks amazing now, and just like the over-the-top, eye-catching sparkler I'd wanted from the beginning (and without breaking the bank!). I love it! Thank you so...

We brought in a very intricate design for an equestrian pendant (with a unique shape and request for a diamond and pearl to be embedded into it), and Jordan welcomed our unusual custom-order without hesitation. He was professional, patient, and kind. Fantastic communication throughout the process. In fact, when we went to view the pendant and asked for several modifications, he actually re-created a new and even more stunning pendant so that it met all our wishes (and beyond)... at no added costs for the new materials or extra time. He is truly somebody who cares about his clients' art pieces and we cannot...

Fantastic craftsmanship, high-quality, fair rates and outstanding customer service. I brought in a sentimental fine-jewelry piece to be checked (suspecting loose stones), and sure enough: Jordan confirmed that some prongs needed to be tightened and he was able to make the ring look good as new for a really fair price and in a week's time. He was impressively helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, his portfolio of past special custom fine-jewelry projects was dazzling, and he was just a joy to chat...
