Sub standard products 2 gold chains completely fell apart (heavy chains too the jump links were wide open on both another time a diamond of nearly a carat fell out and is lost forever) I had a 9k dollar chain in lay a way with 4K cash down after all this happened i decided to cancel the lay way only 2 days after putting it into to lay a way mike jr who has no customer service skills he inherited that shop no clue what he’s doing charged me a $400 restocking fee to put a new tag on it and put it back in the case he insulted my character even tho his business is failing the man is rude go to George’s in eculid or Ameri pawn in Eastlake uncle Ben’s downtown and best resale off lost nation road much larger inventory better selection and excellent customer service you’ll never get that from mike he’s younger than me and already a grumpy old man enjoy the $400 you hosed me out of and the broken jewelry nobody needs a crabby owner to put up with at premium prices and sub standard service I hope the $400 was worth it this will cost you more just shows you don’t understand business… -Matt
