Let's talk about this place for a quick minute! Buffalo chicken quesadilla...I thoroughly enjoy food. I'm that close my eyes, do a little dance kind of eater. I want the full experience. I ordered the buffalo quesadilla and fresh chips and salsa/guac for lunch through doordash today. I will hands down 5 star this even though I ran into a little speed bump with the chips and sour cream. (Whoop-de-do, it was delivery and this stuff happens)
Lets start with your quesadilla. Fried chicken, buff sauce, ranch, plenty of cheese and pico. THIS. DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT. There was enough for two meals. The tortilla was crispy and a little charred. You can tell they are flat top cooked. This thing was stuffed enough for two quesadillas. The cheese, the sauce, the chicken. I can't wait for dinner to finish it. While the sour cream was in the box and was warm when it got to me, you do not need the sour cream with this 'dilla. It needs nothing additional unless that's your thing. If so, i recommend the salsa they give you. It's fresh made and not that nasty jar crap.
Moving on tot the fresh made chips with guac & salsa. Had I picked up the order, the chips would not have steamed in the box or bag. I put them in the air fryer fro 3 minutes and they were delicious. THIS. IS. FIXABLE. Readers be aware that no one is perfect and when you order delivery, this kind of stuff isn't the cooks fault, it's just how it goes with delivery - so don't knock stars off of your rating because you had to put in a little work.
The yellow corn chips are seasoned well and the guac is creamy and flavorful. The salsa, if you screw that up just get outta the kitchen. It was fresh, cold, and refreshing with the chips.
You can tell when you get chain food that the chef either loves or hates their job. This is NOT chain food quality. This is what you call food with passion and this chef exudes PASSION. My family and I ordered from here on 8/1/25, and all three of us got violently sick within hours. I got the buffalo chicken quesadilla (I think it was called “Mama’s Favorite” or something similar), my brother ordered the wings, and we shared both dishes. That means all three of us ate the same chicken—and all three of us ended up practically living in the bathroom for the next 36 hours. Full-body misery: sweats, cramps, pain... thank God we have two toilets.
Oh, and the reason we shared everything in the first place? My sister’s order never even arrived. So not only did we get food poisoning, they couldn’t even manage to send us the full order, and thank God they didn't....
I worked in the restaurant industry for years. I know exactly what foodborne illness looks like, and this was textbook undercooked or mishandled chicken. If you can’t handle poultry safely, don’t serve it. Period.
This was our first experience here, and it will absolutely be our last. If this is the level of care going into takeout orders, I don’t even want to imagine what that kitchen looks like.

Now lets talk food . *The chix tenders were over cooked "dry" and the breading was burned. Defiently had the fryer oil to hot.
*Chix philly was horrible tasted like over boiled chicken . The chix had the texture of over boiled chicken "falling apart sawdust". Then they must kiss the chicken on the charbroiler because it kind of had a charbroiled taste.
*The mac and cheese was delicious no complaints

I didn't say anything me and my son choke down what little food we could I left a good tip for the mess associated with a 2-year-old and walked out. Sad because I always endorse local businesses but definitely not this one ever again. I know they were busy but would have gladly waited longer for better food. Very sad a local business and food truck serve me this kind of food. You knew when it left the kitchen what it was going to taste like. To me this shows no passion left for your business...
