Pizza was delicious. The customer service was severely lacking.The automated system asked me to key in my selection for delivery. When I finally got through to a person to place my order, he said they were not doing deliveries. My call got disconnected and I had to go though the same process and long wait again. The same person that answered my previous call, asked if the pizza was for delivery or pick up. I placed my order and went to get my pizza. While waiting, once again, the person who answered the phone was laughing at peoples frustration when he explained they ran out of dough and could no longer make pizza. Beware, their online app may look likes it's working but it might not be. I placed an order on Saturday night for Sunday afternoon pickup on their app and received a confirmation email. When we arrived to pickup the 3 sheet pizzas the girl working said we could not have placed the order because their server was down. I showed her the confirmation email and they still kept saying the server was down. They never apologized or tried to offer a solution. Only after I asked what can we do now, did they offer to make the pizzas right then but they would need my credit card. I showed her my credit card app where it clearly shows the charge, but they wouldn't do anything unless I gave them my card. I left and will go to Jet's pizza in the future. I think this is very good pizza. This is the second time we've ordered it, and I was pleased. We had the New York extra large with sausage and onion. It had red onion on it, which I'm normally used to white onion on a pizza, so that took a little bit of getting used to, but it did work.

They already include some extra cheese that you can sprinkle on, crushed red pepper, and some tomato sauce. I thought that was a nice touch because we used all of those and it added some extra zing.

I thought the pizza was big, hearty, affordable, and very tasty. Plus the boneless chicken bites, with the Cleveland Gold sauce we thought were delicious.
