Still rather annoyed at the fact months ago the doctor failed to notify me they don’t do worker’s comp, despite me giving Doctor the paperwork I was not told they don’t do it nor was I called to be informed they do not, instead kept getting a bill and found out months later at the front desk was that they don’t do it instead of being told up front.

EDIT: March 2020. Even now, this problem is still affecting me a year later. I will never get involved with that doctor again for her failure in not notifying the patient she could not do worker’s comp, because it’s still coming back...

Save your time. This place is a waste of good real estate in Mentor Ohio. And should not carry the uh name. Completely unhelpful on my visit. Forgot I was there and left me waiting until they were almost closed. Did not have a doctor on duty but had some type of PA who was not able to help with either one of my situations and suggested idiotic over-the-counter medications that I had already tried.
