I just went to the store right now and I got a horrible customer service from a girl named Josie I believe. If I’m not mistaken she has some sort of store manager or assistant manager anyhow I want to try to make a purchase for eight dollars and their system was not working for my EXPRESS account. I asked why to see what was going on if I have available balance all she said was I need to call customer service and they could not help and not to mention they’ve been having issues all day. Worst decision ever she told me she had to charge the item to my card and then i can make the payment cash so they can balance it out i did. I made the payment cash so the credit card could be at zero. I left happy 3 month later i get my balance and bam it says i still owe that plus the late fee. I told them i made the payment they said i needed a receipt why would i keep a receipt from 3 month ago. I have to pay $68 when my account shouldve been at zero.
