I am glad they started accepting cash since their computer system or network went down over a week ago, but manually writting down the credit card info is problematic. Someone could very well walk in with a cancelled or maxed out credit card with overdraft disabled, and essentially take the stuff for free. Corporate, help...

Horrible horrible expirience. The manager, yelled at my kid from across the store with scowl on her face and anger her voice to stop running. The entire store turned at looked at her and then us. I worked retail 7 years and I have never saw such an inappropriate or unprofessional reaction to a child running in a store. Even if your dead tired and the worst of parents with the worst behaved child walks in and starts running, the correct thing to do is politly ask the parents to keep the child from running; giving them of course the excuse, that it's for the child's saftey. Having studied child psychology my child's behavior was well within socially acceptable norms, hers on the other hand fell way short.
