HORRIBLE SERVICE and EXTREMELY rude employees and OWNER. I saw the 1 star reviews. Majority of them are about the employees and owner being rude. Couldn't agree more. The owner was yelling at me to the top of her lungs. I didn't yell back because I didn't think it would be appropriate in front of her customers that were in the store, and the fact that I had my 2 year old son with me. The owner was yelling in my face right in front of my son who looked terrified and was trying to hide while hugging me. The owner is a mean, rude lady.
Edit to your response: All I have to say is, everything was recorded in those cameras you have. Lie all you want, but the truth is all on tape. Plus your employees were all witnesses of you yelling to the top of your lungs in my face and my son's face. I never once raised my voice at you, and I was never rude to your employees. I never demanded anything. All I said was we were missing 2 apples from the more than 300 we ordered. You said I could go pick up AND PAY for 2 more apples. Apparently you need to changed this business commercial cause the commercial you have is these two older gentlemen acting like adolescence going into this business without no masks. My guess they don't like wearing masks themselves who does at this point. You need to follow your own mandate rules. Yes, we all need to be careful by all means. But follow ur own rules. Read moreplace was horrible, the employees were being rude with other employees calling eachother names..i heard one having foul language..i asked if i can have my apple cut a certain way (in fours to make it easier) and the employee rolled their eyes and sighed in my face..was going to give a good tip but no…another time my daughter told me the employee DROPPED the knife on the floor and used it ..she has anxiety and was scared to tell them because of how rude they are..i went in to ask if we can have another apple and they refused and told me the manager wasnt in and on lunch break..the owner needs to retrain these workers because they are rude and slow..never had a problem before but i don’t know what was wrong...
