I love the outlets and will continue to shop there but I have concerns with a vendor at a kiosk who has a sign " Cellular Repairs". So I was leaving the outlets after finishing my shopping when a young man from a phone accessories kiosk asked if we wanted to look at a product. My sister and I told him no thank you kept walking but then I felt bad because this man didn't have any customers, and now I know why. I went back and asked if he had any cases for a galaxy 6s edge and he pulled out one and put it on my phone. I didn't get to see the package and so I said okay I'll take it. He rung me up and said it's originally $89 but I'm giving you a %50 discount. (Yes role you eyes at me I deserve it!) So I ended up paying $47.41 with tax. He gave me my receipt and after getting home I looked at the case and it was super flimsy. I searched online and found the actual company Modeblu selling the exact same case for $12.99 then I searched Amazon and they had it for $12.99. I went the next day to return it and showed the screen shots of the price of this same product to the same guy who sold it to me (he's the manager as well, yup!). He said all sales are final and best he could do was return $20. That would still mean I paid $27.41 for a $12.99 case. I refused his offer and gave him my counter offer. I told him he either took his case back and returned my money or I would go to my bank, file a claim, the bank would take the money back from him and return it to me and I would still keep the case. I explained "not only will you be out of a case i will let other people know about your shady prices and low quality items". He still refused and started to tell me all about how refunding works and that if I had only gone back that same day. Umm...aparently Im not that bright and he felt the need to explain it to me. Don't buy anything from this vendor, they don't even have a name for their kiosk, it only has a white sign with black lettering "cellular repairs". The receipt notes they are called...
ย ย ย Read moreOverall was a pretty funny experience. The only downside to it I would have to say is that several of the stores Repeat. And as large as it looks it's actually rather small. I Walked the whole thing several times. But I suppose if you're a Professional shopper it's a full day of enjoyment. One thing to Note is the prices Aren't all that discounted. Sometimes some of the Stores have steep discounts or sales but for the most part. It looks like they use the sales to attract to the other stores that are little overpriced. To be honest if you wanted to make a full day out of shopping or just walking around wanted to experience something huge there is a flea market or swapmeet whatever you want to call it not too far from there. I think it's closr to Sanjuan/mcallen if I'm not mistaken pretty big. lots of live bands playing all the time that was a pretty funny experience I would Say...
ย ย ย Read moreThose Premium Outlets where awesome because the staff of every store we went into was attentive and caring. They were patient and did not try to rush us at all. Today is Wednesday so it's not like The Weeknd where it is usually super packed but from what I saw most people wearing masks and all store seem to require people to wear masks before entering which made me feel a little more comfortable even though all my family and I are fully vaccinated. As far as the prices are concerned they were pretty good and I couldn't complain because almost every story went to we got between 20 and 60% off the items we wanted to get which included school uniforms and pants for the upcoming school year. If you looking for school uniforms you should go to the Children's Place at Premium Outlets they have damn near everything and in abundant Supply. And the prices...
