Our first time patronizing this business today, 12-5-19, and I can't use enough superlatives to describe it. The products ( both standard and sugar free, sampled today by many willing volunteers) are at least superb in quality, selection, and presentation. The business environment is clearly family based, and it decidedly shows in the warm demeanor of the staff. This is quintessential New England small business at it's best, accentuated by the holiday season, where it truly shines. If you seek " best business practices" or savor "the way things used to be", this is an experience not to be missed. I rated this five stars because the scale doesn't go to ten! Placed order on February 11th paid for the 2 day shipping which was actually more expensive than the product itself and my order wasn't shipped till the 13th. This was a time sensitive order. I called and spoke to a lady and she said to call if I didn't receive it by Friday. We'll I didn't receive it Friday so I called and nobody answered either time I called. Here it is Monday the 17th I finally received the order and the product was opened inside of the package and three of the chocolates were either broken or damaged. I also tried calling once more today and nobody answered. The chocolate may taste good I'm not sure as this was a gift for someone else but I do know the customer service and packaging is not up to par at all. Definitely...

Our family and friends look forward to getting chocolates from us every holiday season because we've shopped here for years. The chocolates are shaped here so you cannot get a tour due to the possible health and safety issues that would cause. Prices have remained reasonable. They have a large online market but their store is so cute. The old style factory building looks blah from the outside, but the inside is so clean and bright. The hours change based on the season. Office and front end staff has been there for years greeting new and returning guests. Our favorites are the bags of dark chocolate. If you want a special order, contact them and ask.
