The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh, DELICIOUS, and prepared right on the spot. Unfortunately, the only downside was that the first 3 menu items I ordered they didn’t have. They don’t use good quality of meat and seafood for their food. The prices match the quality but definitely could be better. Also more food on your plate doesn’t mean the quality is going to get better or the customer is going to be more happy. Try to use fresh meat and vegetables and the food would taste better and don’t put so much food on the plate. As business you would do better. Use FRESH product every day not frozen product. This is by far one of the best Ecuadorian restaurants I’ve had outside of Ecuador. Food is made fresh and very hot the service was great and the owner Laura is amazing. I’ve been to Palla 6+ times and every time it’s been outstanding. I highly recommend. Their Caldo de Pollo, Chaulafan and empanadas are incredible. I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu and it’s all good. This is a must go...
