As a 1st time customer, I went into the restaurant yesterday, April 29, 2013. Upon entering, there were no customers, just a gentleman (delivery driver) & female (cashier) sitting at a counter for patrons (the female was eating a meal). There were two men in the kitchen (one of whom I found out was the owner). He yelled belligerently to the female eating that there was a customer (me). I didn't appreciate his tone nor his demeanor as a he was mumbling about her after having called her to attend to me. I understand that customers are a priority in business, but as a customer, I immediately apologized to the woman that had been eating as she came to take my order, being that I knew not how long she'd been working w/o a meal or a break. I informed her that I didn't wish to disturb her meal, but that as a customer, I didn't appreciate the tone that the owner had used to get her to serve me; seeing that had he cared for his employees and his customer(s), he could have taken my order, as I was the only customer in this "ghost town of a restaurant." I then asked him if I could speak with him after having placed my order for 2 pepperoni slices; he didn't treat me as an impromptu customer, as he belligerently demanded the female to do, seeing that we made eye contact and he was less than 6 feet away from me. When he finally came to the counter where I'd been standing, I reached out my hand to him and shook his, then I explained that while I understand the importance of customer service, I took offense to the tone and manner in which he chose to contact his employee. He immediately took offense to my sentiments and began exemplifying aggressive body language with his hands and stated, "this is my business and I can do what I want." I then interjected that while I understood that fact, that I am a customer and that she was not only just an employee, but she was also a female; he stated to me, "So!" I then asked the female for a full refund promptly, to which she gave me my $50 bill and I then told the owner that I will use Google to rate his business with an unfavorable review. He then stated, "you can use google however you want, I don't care." In closing, I disagree with the name chosen for this business as "Pizza Heaven." I believe that per my experience yesterday, the name should be changed to "Pizza Hell", as my experience was very terrible and hellacious. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, in particular to anyone bringing in a family or to any female that wants to eat from there.

Read moreOn Tuesday we place an order for a steak and cheese stromboli, amongst a couple of other things. We have been ordering food from Pizza Heaven for 4 years but lo and behold they changed ownership a short while ago as they said to me. Now before this happened two days ago I placed an order and half of my order never even made it to my house. I didn't ask for anything extra I don't want anything extra but all I wanted was my food. So I got the rest of my order I'm okay with that it took a while and my wife was hungry but hey stuff happens. So two days later I order my steak and cheese Stromboli and I get a bacon pepperoni and cheese Stromboli which I have no desire to eat it all. I asked to get my Stromboli replaced with what I ordered he said I was a liar and that it's my word against his employee a 17 year old child who obviously does not know how to run a cash register and take orders from people. So now I'm a liar and I got food I didn't want so I didn't eat dinner until midnight when I made a sandwich. Now I have to tolerate this man insulting me and telling me I want free food from his poor restaurant. I don't want his food I will never order anything from there again it's the worst service I have ever had and this is the first time I have ever posted anything on anybody's website good or bad. I am not a liar I don't want your free food I just wanted my steak Stromboli and I also asked him to look back and see if I ever ordered any other kind of Stromboli and he wants to tell me what kind of pizza I ordered two days earlier. That's a pizza not a stromboli so my suggestion to anybody is order at your own risk because you probably won't get what you're asking for and then they're going to insult you and accuse you of trying to get free food. I don't want it free or otherwise he offered to replace it and I don't want that either I'm done with Pizza Heaven after 4 years I'm getting no free food for anything or ever asking for free food. Read moreI used to order from pizza heaven because of my 13 year old son. But because of one mistake of my cell phone going straight to voicemail. I called the business to find out where was my pizza and after speaking to the lady she claimed that I was being rude to her and that she was going to deliver my pizza and block my number so I will never order pizza from them again.. She did not even try to attempt to apologize or to fix the issue. She tried to order me to stand by my phone and to make sure that it is charged so when the driver's delivers the pizza my phone will ring what type of professional are you. I hope no one have to go through something like this again. This restaurant does make good pizza but a man or your that does not know how to conduct herself make it look bad...
