American Eagle — Local services in Meridian Charter Township

I recently visited the American Eagle location and had a disappointing experience that has led me to decide not to return. As I approached the counter to make a purchase, the customer service representative completely ignored me. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even eye contact—just a complete disregard for my presence.

Good customer service is a basic expectation, especially when I'm choosing to spend my money at a store. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. That brief interaction (or lack thereof) was enough to leave a lasting impression.

Unfortunately, this will be the last time I shop at this location. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve how customers are treated...

I buy American Eagle (AE) jeans for my three grandsons numerous times each year and they always ask for the AE brand again and again. They love the flexibility of the fabric and they last really well too!

A pair of young ladies greeted me when I walked in, walked me right over to what I was looking at, helped me find exactly what I wanted in my size, and even offered solid fashion advice based on what I tried out. Amazing customer service! Way the heck better than the Eastwood store! Will come back...
