Make sure you check that both shoes in the box are the same size!!!!! Sounds silly to say but my dad was on vacation from Colombia and bought a pair of shoes here for his gf back home and he got one shoe that was 23.5cm and the other 23cm in the same box. My dad is now in Colombia with only one shoe he can use so I chatted into New Balance website and they said I had to contact the store directly. This is where the one star rating comes in, the lady I spoke to on the phone was not helpful nor empathetic to my situation. She said she could not do anything for me because I didn't have the receipt for the purchase. Basically I was S.O.L for a mistake they made and she did not even try to explore any other options to assist me, I have my credit card statement showing the purchase. I chatted into the New Balance site again and they escalated my case, shout out to Charlotte S on the chat line, which tells me if the rep at the Merrimack store had wanted to help me they would have. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service here, I would not recommend this particular factory...

Initially came here with my wife, but returned when I realized how high quality her pair of shoes were. Their "lifestyle" shoes - supposedly not made for any particular sport - have a lot of performance features built in. And the sales staff was absolutely stupendous! I bought New Balance 410 trail running shoes at their outlet in Merrimack, NH. I paid $64.95. I checked the 410s online that night and found them to be $59.99 or less everywhere else. Some as low as $41.22. The outlet was just more crowded and messy with much less selection in my size. The staff was terrific, though.
