Today I was at the Merrimack NH store. I was looking to replace a shirt for my nephew that was accidentally ruined by another child. The staff was so gracious in helping me look for the exact same shirt. Even though we were unable to find it they offered multiple options that were as similar as possible. To be up front about this, I have been a Polo fan since 1985 so that will skew this a bit. With that though, this particular store is well run and has really good service. The only knock I have is more at a corporate level, in that the clothes are getting cut for skinnier people every year. Used to fit the 6'2" 240 guy fine, not so much anymore.
