Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had. The “manager” refused to provide me a larger cup for my blizzards because they were over flowing and store had no lids for medium blizzards. I offered to pay for larger cups and lids but was told the owner would not allow it. This may seem like a small thing, but it cost me $17 and I couldn’t keep the blizzards. The store owner doesn’t care. I made 3 complaints to DQ headquarters and they asked the owner to contact me. That person never did! That location is awful. The manger is not trained properly (not her fault) and the franchise owner could care less about...

Food was ok. It's fast food. Service at counter was excellent. I was disappointed my bacon dog had imitation bacon bits on it, there were no packets of mustard. A worker brought me out some mustard. Very good. When you order a bacon dog there should be real bacon on it. This is midwinter and shouldn't be hard to prepare. A Cheap and tasteless way...
