I have spent thousands of dollars at this location. And was always satisfied. However this time I went to buy a purse for my mom as a surprise. The purse my mom choose had a marks on it. Because they didn’t have any in the back.... and my mom really liked the purse I was forced to get the one on the floor. I told the manager that all three ones had marks on it. And I didn’t want to spend $300 on something that had stuff on it. I asked for either a discount or one for her to order me. She refused both, smiled and basically said that the purses come like that. I have been buying purses here for a long time.... and I even explained to her that none of my purses have that. I went to michael Kors tonight, I can't believe the outstanding customer service I received from Martha!! She went above and beyond for me I changed my mind many times because there were many good choices to choose from. She was back and forth with me finding the right wallet to Match my purse! Never once felt any type of frustration from her! She was just as happy as I was finding the right choice!! I will definitely be back and hope that she will be right there to help me!! Went to the Merrimack store with friends. One friend walked in ahead of us as she knew what she was purchasing. A group of young employees were standing chatting as she walked past. One young woman made a face about the shoes (bling) that my friend was wearing to the older woman employee not knowing we were together. RUDE!
