If you have a nut allergy, I strongly advise avoiding this store. The staff showed a troubling level of carelessness in managing requests related to food allergies. Earlier today, I went to the store with my family. Before placing our order, I clearly informed the staff that my son has allergies to tree nuts and eggs. We took extra care to confirm that the ice cream we chose didnât contain any of those ingredients. The staff member who took our order assured us that the ice cream didnât contain any of those allergens. When she noted the order, she wrote no hazelnut drizzle topping. Then, a person who identified himself as the store manager failed to check the order properly and ended up adding hazelnut drizzle to my sonâs ice cream despite the clear allergy warning and handed it to my son.
I had specifically requested no drizzle on the ice cream, but when I saw it, I noticed a drizzle had been added. I asked whether it was hazelnut, and he confirmed that it was. Unfortunately, my son had already licked it by that point. I handed the ice cream back to him and asked whether he had reviewed the order before preparing it. He responded that he usually does but admitted he had made a mistake this time. That was a serious mistake. I had to rush him to the ER because of that. I am never going back to that...
Read moreI will NEVER go in this or any other Lindt store again. What a rip off! I know they jack the price but they are ridiculous. And this is in an outlet mall, I thought outlets were supposed to be cheaper? The cashier weighed my chocolates twice on 2 different scales. The first scale at the register came up with a price of $9.26 then she quickly turned around and weighed them on another scale and upped my cost to $10. I know not a huge different but itâs the principle of it. I couldnât have even had a pound of candies. So I called her on it and she rambled off about something like itâs per piece price, then why did you weigh it twice and charge me the higher of the prices? Sounds like a scam to me. Then I put my card in the machine which forced me to put my pin in (which I donât like to do) I could not bypass it. Then she hands me a receipt that I also have to sign! Are you kidding me??...

Friendly staff welcomed us warmly, even handing us a Lindt truffle to sampleâone bite and we were hooked! The shop itself is a chocolate loverâs dream: rainbow walls of truffles, endless Pick & Mix bins, elegant bars, and giant slabs of chocolate that look like they came straight from a Jedi feast table.
We picked up a bag to take home, though note that the deals really kick in only if you spend more (our Jedi credits didnât reach the discount threshold this time). Still, the quality is top-notchâsmooth, rich, and worth savoring.
Beyond the truffles, they also serve gelato, coffee, and hot chocolateâperfect fuel for travelers...
