Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Merrimack

Went to my standard jeans retailer, JC Penney, cuz at long last a bunch of my also standard Levi's 569 jeans are down for the count and needed to be replaced. To my shock and HORROR there were 0 Levi's 569 jeans in this store, at this time. Fearing that I might have to change jean make/model, which would have rocked my whole world, I immediately googled whether Levi's had stopped manking them. To my great relief they, of course, still make them and they are widely available. Called the outlet store up in Merrimack, NH, and their helpful associate checked for my sizes in their stock of 569s. They had several pair so we headed up. I got to the store, tried them on, and bought what I wanted. I believe it was even the associate we spoke to on the phone who rang them up. I was able to quickly get what I wanted and be on my way. They always have a good selection there and the store is in the outlet mall so if you want to go shopping in general it's a good place to go. All sorts of stores and stuff in one spot. I was at this location yesterday and the manager was extremely rude. Upon walking in the sales associate told us about their protocol for Covid, stating that they were putting a cap on how many pairs of pants you can try on. She did not mention anything about tops, so I tried on a jacket. The manager then came running out of the back yelling at me that I wasn’t allowed to do that and that I had “been told the rules already” and that she had to “confiscate the jacket” from me. I informed her of exactly what her staff had told my friend and I and asked her to stop raising her voice at me to which she yelled from across the store as she walked away that I was rude.

She then proceeded to have a loud conversation on the store phone with her daughter about personal business.

I understand that with Covid protocols things are stricter now, but Levi’s was the sloppiest at explaining these rules. Every other store had signs and also clearly verbally explained their rules. Levi’s is sloppy and yells at you for...

I come here al the time and Thomas is AMAZING!! I’ve come in when he’s not there and I just walk in the dressing room find a room and just try on a million different jeans. When Thomas is there he gets me a fitting room right away, along with everyone else. He always checks if I or anyone else needs anything when trying on so I’m always SO glade when he’s working cause I can ask hey does this fit ok? And he’ll explain the style number and how it’s supposed to fit, if the jeans will stretch etc. There is also a younger guy that works there I can’t remember his name but he was awesome and put some jeans on hold for me when I could come back. I really hope Thomas is the manager as he knows so much about Levi’s, and always provides lots of help to everyone and is an amazing employee.
