Just a word to thank the folks at Tumi for handling warranty repair work on my briefcase. I swear, this is the first time, ever, that any store with which I've done business honored a 'lifetime' warranty, no questions asked. After many years of use, the folding carrying handle had broken. We received it back from them yesterday, in 'like new" condition, well packaged and with the correct replacement part. They had cleaned it, too.
