Alma Gardens — Local services in Mesa

I have lived at Alma Gardens Mobile Homes for many, many years. Unfortunately, when this management company first took over, the community declined tremendously. The bathrooms were no longer kept clean, the laundry room had horrible heat, and we were locked out of the clubhouse with no prior notice. There was rarely anyone in the office. Since my home is right in front of the office, I could see everything — I only saw Renney a few times during that whole period.

There were also a lot of homeless people coming through. At one point, someone even lived in the clubhouse for almost three weeks, entering through the kitchen window, and nobody noticed. I only saw Renney about four times in total.

Now things feel different. The management company has borrowed a manager, Maria, from a different property until a permanent one is assigned here. She has been great. I see her here every day, walking the property, answering questions, and even cleaning with gloves on. She is visible and engaged, and it really makes a difference.

I had already decided to sell my home because of how bad things had gotten, but now I am having second thoughts about that decision. I can’t wait to see what the company has planned for this community. Maria seems optimistic about the future permanent manager, and she truly seems to love what she does. That attitude makes a big difference for residents like me.

One thing we really need are our community events back — Bingo, potlucks, movie nights, etc. These events brought people together and gave us a sense of community, and I hope they...

The battery in my fire alarm was beeping loudly, so I submitted a maintenence request that evening. The next day the house was nice and quiet when I got home from work. Thank you, again, Mark for speedy and efficient service. 1/30/2024

Today, Dec 6th, Mark did some updates to my house in response to a request I submitted. He was very efficient and helpful. He did a great job and was very friendly. Thank you Mark for making my life easier and better! I have lived at Alma Gardens for almost 10 years. It is a quiet and friendly place to live. Recently I had to have some furniture removed from the property. I had it out on the carport. The maintenance team was so quick and quiet that I didn't realize it was done until I went out to get into my car! They respond pretty quick to maintenance requests. I am very happy...

The worst RV management company I have ever experienced! Do not expect anything but complete and total incompetence and neglect of any form of business courtesy. I paid the $50 application fee only to be ignored. Thank you very much! I’ll be sure to report the negligent if not cruel manager specifically “Jeff” to the Better Business Bureau. I have excellent credit and am not even given the consideration of an answer? I feel sorry for the poor renters. I can only imagine the mismanagement of their tenants and if you read other reviews see how someone wrote “they intentionally try to mess with you.” It is disheartening to experience how Jeff treats people so poorly.
