Wings Express — Restaurant in Mesa

Today 4/20/2017 at 4:30 pm. I walked up to the counter and the young cashier girl came from the back and walked up to the counter in front of me. She had grabbed her pen and pad, Im thinking she was about to take my order. The girl didn't even bother to acknowledge me at all! She walked straight over to the drive through and took the Hispanic man's order as if she didnt see me standing there first. I have customer service experience you are suppose to acknowledge first the customer inside the restaurant then take the drive through order next. I didn't say anything I just walked out the door. I called back to speak to the manager and he was truely an a* hole because his attitude was nonchalant and he kept saying ok throughout the conversation rushing me off the phone without any apology. He don't even realize who had in his establishment. He isnt going to be pleased once I post this on social media about...

I have been here for their wings both (sit down & drive threw) and I just have to say the wings are not that great!! and the service is just as bad. When we went in for our wings at a time where it wasn’t that busy the wings where good....... but I think since they weren’t prepared in a hurry!! but the service was still bad. Went on a busy Friday night via drive threw and was told to pull off the side and when we asked if that was our order girl stated “it’s not yours” then walked back and realized it was lol. when we got home with the order the wings, they just seemed microwaved (no crunch, and the sauce was MIA). I recommend this place if your craving some wings for a low price and want to use the drive threw!!! But there other LOCAL low priced better quality...

I wish I could rate this place higher. Me and my wife had just finished doing laundry across the street and decided to check this establishment out. We had never been here before so we where checking out the menu and the rude cashier stood there just staring at us impatiently, she then says do we need more time, we said yes and she drops her pad and heads to the drive through window. We finally order and wait in the lobby for our to go food. We spend $20 for our food and I proceed to order our UBER, she comes from behind the counter and tells us that we can't have a outside bag. We just finished washing my wife's work uniforms. I couldn't believe how rude she was being to paying customers. She was so rude even though the food was great we're...
