Club Pilates — Local services in Mesa

Buyer beware! I am three months into trying to cancel my membership and they will not respond. It took two months to get them to send me the paperwork that is needed to close out the account. I returned it the same day and they say they never received it. I send text messages, I leave voicemails and I send emails. They pretend they never get anything and say this is the first we’re hearing about this. However in all my prior contact attempts when I was a member they never had a problem receiving my messages then. I see on yelp reviews this is a common problem with them. I think they have a fraudulent billing system and they try to ignore you to get more money. You will need to block your credit card from allowing their charges and then they will try to send you to collections. Very shady practices. I wonder if this will get their attention? They offer a great variety of classes to suit different fitness levels and goals, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The instructors provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance and actively walk around the room to check form, offering helpful corrections and modifications when needed.

Classes do fill up quickly, but the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate scheduling requests. They’ve been incredibly flexible and understanding when I’ve had to make changes due to work. Their professionalism and dedication make it a welcoming and enjoyable place to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel great. Horrible ...... I would NOT reccomend this place at all .. I would like to start off by stating . I had to reschedule my complimentary ( introduction class) TWICE.... EVERYTIME I have come for the class there has always been an excuse to why they needed to reschedule me, upon arriving I went to pay for the grip socks they did not want to accept my cash which thats all I had on me, then They asked If I had a card to put on file First I said No I would like to pay cash , then one of the girls stated we're just going to need to reschedule you .THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THEY RESCHEDULED ME IN THE SAME TONE . IN THE MOST NASTY SNOBBY ATTITUDE.. MIND YOU IT WAS ALL WHITE WOMEN , TO COME OFF AS YOU DON'T WANT TO ACCEPT MY MONEY OK, I WILL BE GLAD NOT TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY !!!!...
