In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Mesa

There I was, 110 degrees outside, when I saw the in-n-out burger glowing in the distance. I needed a break and a great meal. I haven't had it before. I was visiting from out of town where it never gets 110 degrees and my skin doesn't melt off. I was hoping this place could be an oasis for my parched mouth. I walked it at like 5pm. Place was packed. I'm talking, not a table available, and there were a ton. Must be good! A normal burger joint would have plenty of seating this time of day. But not this place. This place was an In-N-Out! The menu doesn't have a thousand things to choose from, so people order quick, and service is fast. There was a lady there who had something going on with her mental health, and as she stood there, a few feet from the counter, she peed herself. It spread onto the floor. Two employees, Braelyn and Corey, were on it. Corey didn't have a smile while cleaning it up, but I wouldn't have either. Gross. Braelyn had a Big Ole Grin! She was loving her work! What a great attitude! Both of them didn't mess around. They cleaned the spot, then the rest of the dining area like a well oiled machine. After they cleaned up, they washed up really well, and then they were back behind the counter. Everyone was working like busy bees. Everyone was doing something or helping out other coworkers which made all the orders seem like they were done fast. Because they were fast, people were able to eat faster and tables opened up faster. People were in-n-out if ya know what I'm sayin! The only issue I had were the fries. I should have ordered mine crispy and I didn't. They cut the potatoes right there so they are super fresh. If you like crispy fries, just order them that way and they will be on it! And get grilled onions on the hamburger. Super delicious. They have different "styles" of burgers but I didn't see these nicknames anywhere. You'll have to google that. But this location was great, cool, and had a great staff. Eat here....

August 3 I went to In N out. I love it there first of all. I have food allergies and I have never had a problem here and have never got sick! I always tell them I have a gluten and dairy allergy. I went for a late night dinner around 9. My husband had went in side and ordered us food. He listed my allergies and they were on the receipt. They didn’t call out my allergies when they took our order which they always do. My husband brought our food to the car, I checked it and it had some sauce on the pickles. He took it back In and asked for it to be made. The guy at the front said not a problem. He took it to the ones making the burgers and he was complaining that nothing was wrong with it. They guy from the front told him it was an allergy, He threw it away and made another one. My husband had to also ask for him to change his gloves. I ordered a triple burger and he only gave me a double. I didn’t realize it was a double until I got home and ate. The frys were supposed to be remade as well because of my allergies and my husband had told them the frys as well and even explained why. The frys were hard and crunchy. It tasted like they were made then, let them sit for a while then redropped them. They also hurt my stomach so I don’t think they took allergy precautions with my frys! Im so disappointed I love it there because it’s one of the few places I can eat. I don’t understand why there was such a problem. Was craving some cheese fries and went to get some at our fave place. We have always had good service and good food. Except this time was different. We ordered through drive thru and picked it up, our receipt being printed with a time of 12:34 pm. Drive all the way home and start digging in. Realized one of the protein style burgers was covered in salt. Took a bite and choked, it was bad. But no worries, it happens. One mistake is no big deal. Except it wasn’t one mistake with this order. The cheese fries had a hair inside the cheese!! So gross! The only reason why we went and drove out to get food here and it had hair! I was upset at this point because they literally have the quote on the inside “Quality you can taste”. Not this time. Failed big time. I drove back to the restaurant to get this sorted out and when I got there, the only choice we were given was to have the burger and fries remade. No refunds? No compensation? Do you really think I want to eat the food anymore? You guys messed up and I had to drive back, wasting my time and my gas. The food that I left at home is cold and unwanted now.
