Great atmosphere, great music, great customer service when it was received (sometimes couldn't get it in a timely manner), but absolutely terrible food. I stood at the food counter twice for several minutes waiting to be seen (they need a bell there or something). French fries and funnel fries were way overcooked, pizza was bland somehow, and didn't come how we ordered it, but it took them 40mins to get us the pizza and we didn't want to wait that long again, so we just kept it. No plates were given to our group to separate the food, so we took turns eating over the box which meant some of us had cold pizza by the time we got to it. It was supposed to be half pepperoni, half several toppings (like a supreme pizza - but they called it something else), what we got was 1 slice of pepperoni per piece of pizza on the whole thing, and then sausage thrown on top on half. The pictures of the food everywhere was misleading. The fries pictured everywhere were larger thicker fries but we received really thin fries, and the pepperoni pizza pictures showed pizza practically covered in pepperoni. It was very disappointing. We wished someone had seen fit to collect unused balls from vacant lanes so we could find ones that would work for us. The ball towers were wiped out, and what remained was mixed together. It took us 15mins just to find the right ball. Then getting on the shoes and exchanging them for better sizes because we received all mens sizes instead of two women's sizes we asked for. Nearly 25mins of our bowl time passed before we even started. As it was, it was close to 8pm when we got there, so we asked if we could do the 1.5hr bowl time that began at 8pm, and they said sure, but then still only gave us 1hr. I wished they either didn't start your bowl timer until someone actually began bowling indicating readiness and/or charged per full game like everywhere else does instead of by time. And they need more than one register, and signs indicating where to form lines. The 3x I had to go to the counter, they were always telling the few lines there to merge into one which meant that whoever was closest got there first even though they hadn't been waiting as long as others who got there before them. They need 2-3 lines: one for people coming in, one for shoe pick up/drop off/exchange, and one helping with issues of people already registered to bowl/golf. It forced people who already have a timer going to wait longer for help when something is wrong with your lane wasting your bowl time. It's inefficient and time wasting and not fair to people who got there first. I tried pushing the help button on our lane because it wouldn't give my daughter her ball back, but no one came, so we spent 10 minutes finding another one and she ended up having to settle for a heavier one. It gave her that one back, never found out what happened to her 1st one. I gave up trying to get help for it because we were celebrating my son's birthday and everything was digging into our bowling time. My wife and I went to watch the Mario movie and bought our tickets online. I accidentally purchased 3 tickets and immediately called the location and was told to come in before the movie starts for a refund. My wife and I arrived 30 mins prior to the movie to get a snack and the refund but the girls who helped us could not figure the refund out. They called 2 other people over who also had issues and offered us a gift card instead. Not happy with that and it took 20 mins. We didn't have time for a snack before the movie started due to this issue.
When my wife and I entered theater 5 is was Dirty... We found our seats and their was left over food sitting on the chair. We moved it over and sat down. There was popcorn and other trash shoved in the seats and the seat itself was sticky. I did not realize till after the movie and the lights came on that I sat in something sticky and ruined my white shirt. The stain did not come out after washing.
The table also had sticky residue on it which I found by accidently putting my arm in it (maybe spilt soda?), I had to go to the restroom to wash my arm and hands missing part of the movie due to this.
The theater was not very full but the lady a few seats down decided it would be fun to allow her 3 year old to run around between isles yelling and disturbing people.
The overall night was not fun at all. We didn't get to eat due to the refund issue, I missed some of the movie having to wash someone else's spilt food off of my arm and ruined a new shirt. This place needs to get it together sooner than later.
Management may be incompetent at best if they allow thier staff and facilities to be in this order. This was by far the dirtiest movie theater I have ever been to and it seems that the kids that work here worry more about socializing and acting foolish than doing their jobs.
My daughter met a few friends here earlier in the night and had issues at the bowling alley. She asked for assistance and no one helped her either. She only was able to play half her bowling game due to the malfunction and was not offered any type of compensation.

Theaters are spacious and havenāt had a problem with people blocking or talking. they show all the latest movies, comfortable reclining seats in theater. The only thing is if there are lines by the ticket purchase area and you have repurchased tix but you now want popcorn, you need to wait in line to get your popcorn. Iām not sure if you can order popcorn for delivery to seats at snack bar, Iāll try it next time we go. This is our preferred theater as we live 5 minutes from AMC, but we go 20 minutes to this one instead, because FatCats is a better experience. We also used to go to Majestic, but they donāt care if thereās talking in the theater which annoys the hell out of us and actually has ruined movies that we were excited to see so we stopped going there. The other theaters have also double sold our seats numerous times, so if we get there and people are in our seats we either have to spread out to available seats even though we purchase and select seats in advance they will never move the people there even if they made a mistake and are at the wrong movie time. Quite stressful and annoying. This has not happened to us at FatCats. They have never moved the movie to another theater room without informing us like they do at majestic. Go to FatCats. Itās...
