Greenfield Plaza — Local services in Mesa

This seems like a place where the same people go day in and day out. Prices were a touch bit higher than I was expecting for a small strip mall diner. Service was very slow. Their menus are old and not updated with their current selections. I got there sirloin steak and my mom got the roast beef. Not someplace I will eat a meal again. I was definitely not impressed with the food for the price range. Our meal was supposed to come with a roll and we had to ask for it. The server said that they no longer bring them out with the food because people throw it away and so it's a waste. And then she brought us rolls that had been microwaved. And they got really rubbery fast. The best part about the whole place was the pie. I had the apple pie and my mom had the banana cream pie. Now if you want to go for one of those two definitely do so. This is a place we've decided that we will go back simply for the pie. As for atmosphere definitely an older restaurant, it's probably been in business for a very long time. So you could tell that the restaurant has been well used. I ordered 3 pasty dishes .they called me, and I told them I would be right there to pick them up . I got there 20 min. Later only to be told that they were sold out!!! There were only 2 people before me in line . I patiently waited 10 yo 15 min. While they seated the next people who came to be seated for eating in. The woman before me received only part of her prepaid order and had to wIt to be reimbursed for the remainder portion. The staff were all clueless of who or what to at any point. Red Mountain Restaurant has Family-friendly dining.. We went for the all-you-can-eat fish fry on a Friday. It was awesome! Good price too. I got the half-and-half, so I got 2 baked & 2 fried pieces.
