Baskin-Robbins it is your unfortunate your employees donāt want to make your company money. I arrive 30 minutes prior to closing to a distasteful female employee, very apparently upset about having to do her job. We stood, as if we were statues, because she did not speak until after a stare down that lasted more than 5 minutes, as if she thought she was seeing a ghost. I am aware she works at an ice cream shop but she couldāve at least given a warm welcome I can assure you the ice cream wonāt melt, however I see based on her cold attitude she keeps the place nice and cold, the store completely empty besides myself and 3 workers, so what would be the reason to not assist when I come in? You decided to make your job harder when you just stood there as if you had no clue you were on the clock. Baskin and or Robbins please teach your employees how to have proper customer service, better hygienic practices and proper respect for my utensils, putting them on a bare counter as if I knew what had been on the counter is quite disgusting. And donāt you DARE twist your lip ever again to anyone after that disgraceful act of customer service to āclose the door behind meā as if weāre at your mommas...

This is sadly quite unusual these days whereby the younger kids working at these businesses generally don't take the job seriously. The management at 31 Flavors is doing a great job of keeping only hard working and mature staff at this location. The place was clean too, which is also unusual for a late night fast dining location. I definitely recommend that you stop in when you have a craving for frozen treats. Especially during the summer Baskin Robin's helps cool the soul! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the layout in this store is very poor. It's cramped and there's little room to move around or sit at a table when people are in line. I don't know how to fix this but it would be important to take a look at a reconfiguration of the tables. The location on main and Greenfield is likely dying like all other Mesa Main St businesses so perhaps the store would do better if moved to a different area with more floor space, parking, and ultimately room to move...

We asked if she could use the restroom, but the staff were insistent that they were not allowed to give anyone access to their restroom. We explained our daughter was four and was about to have an accident, but they simply responded that they did not have a public restroom. We bought the ice cream anyway, but our daughter did indeed wet herself before we could even get back in the car. She was quite upset about having an accident and I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this Baskin...
