Went to do you're survey....REQUIRED to sign away life to SPAM emails, and give you unnecessary information about my children- heck no. You can now get a more public review here. Went to this location (4444 e main street mesa az 85205) tonight. Reciept says Jayden S. was the employee who served me in the drive through. When asked at the end if I'd like to round up my order for their charity something I politely said "not today thanks". He said ok and then my total. But as I started driving away I saw the screen change saying I added the round up, and my total changed. I thought ehh, maybe a mistake, he will confirm total at the window, like EVERY fast food place does at the window. He didn't. Just stared at me until I gave him my card. I was too tired to make a huge deal about it. Yes it may have only been a bit of change, but I originally said no for a reason- you don't know my circumstances nor do you need to. But it was dishonest and while I let it slide at the window this time. I will not in the future. How many people has he done that to, and they have never noticed the price change on the screen? Theft. Was going to privately do the survey (just to say.. hey just letting you know this happened and I caught it, but didn't want to make a scene at the moment) but that survey was a freaking inappropriate joke. Do better Taco Bell.

Read moreI made the mistake of trying to redeem a reward at this Taco Bell. Taco Bell's reward program through the mobile app is a bad joke. I've been trying to get it to work in different cities around Arizona since last fall. The rewards don't come through. One place in Prescott told me that it can take up to 30 minutes for it to come through. I finally gave up for a while. But I thought I'd give it another try tonight. My mistake! I ordered ahead of time and I went to the Taco Bell to pick it up. Sure enough the order hadn't come through. They said if I wanted to pull around and wait in the parking lot then they would do it when the order came through. If I wanted to wait I wouldn't have ordered it online! And the young woman at the window really didn't care. ou could tell she wasn't used to doing any critical thinking. She certainly wasn't going to be a problem solver. I told her to forget it and left. I deleted my rewards. I went online to Taco Bell to try and let them know what was going on. I went through the whole process and at the end of it instead of submitting my comments, the only option I was given was to start an order! Unbelievable!...
Read moreMaybe it’s true the early bird gets the worm but I e been coming here for the last 4 years at any time frozen to close quite literally when I was younger I worked at a taco bell and the fact i will and honestly enjoy it says a lot about taco bell as a whole! Anyways the shift lead I see in the morning no matter how I’m feeling she always manages to make me feel better that being said she deserves a raise or a bonus that lady is always there in the mornings but she always gives me a respectful personal experience if more people were like her the world would be a better place so I thank you (im sorry I don’t know your name even though I’ve asked ever time I come in!
