I wish I could like this location. This is honestly not an accurate representation of Bosa donuts. I’m not sure the owner is even aware of how things are being maintained here. The first 2 times I went in everything was great when they first opened. The last two times I’ve attempted to come in it’s terrible. Against my better judgment my son begged to give it another chance. Last time Toaster wasn’t working it was just burning the bread so they couldn’t do sandwiches at all, didn’t have boba, was out of all flavor smoothies except mango & one other one, no donut holes & 3 different donuts to choose from none of which we wanted. Girl was sitting down on the floor talking to me from the ground. When she did get up never washed her hands before ringing me out. Didn’t come back for two months... Until tonight once again no sandwich’s they were out of bread this time. Was told Boba was hard and not able to use. This time they had donut holes but the display was actual gross. More than half of them were off the tray all over in case. I would post a pictures of the case but it won’t let me add. Straws/plastic wear should be handled by employees since nothing is wrapped and anybody & everyone can touch them. Anytime I’ve been in here it never actually smells like donuts & after trying a donut hole I’m going to assume they aren’t even made...
Read more4/17/21. While waiting in the drive thru line, I noticed I was behind a car that had a pit bull dog that was in the car window. There was a worker a young lady with blonde hair that was helping the car in font. While the car in front was waiting with the dog in the window, the worker with the blond hair reaches out of the drive thru window to pet the dog. The way she pet the dog by rubbing all over the dogs face mouth and underneath the mouth area and then went away from the window. By this time I'm thinking "I hope she is not the one who prepares the food". Ok so now there is a young lady with brunette hair that came to the window to hand the car the purchase. By now I'm thinking ok if she doesn't touch the dog then it might be ok. As soon as I said that out loud, sure enough this other worker starts petting the dog. So I get up to the window and ask if she is the one who box up the order, and by this time the blonde lady comes back to the window with my order. I start telling them how I just watched how they pet the dog. She said she washed her hands but it wasn't believable to me and I told them I didn't see you wash your hands and cancelled my order and drover off thinking you should not be touching any animals while working in the...
Read moreOther than one specific employee, the rest of the staff is always extremely rude whenever my family and I have visited this specific location. They always seem to be so bothered by the fact that they have to do actual work. Not to mention, they always seem to get something in our orders wrong and cheat us out on our drinks. If we ask for light ice, they'll either add extra ice so that there's barely any of the actual drink served, or they will add light ice, but add the drink to just about 1-inch below the rim of the cup. Also, they always seem to be out of their most popular products (iced thai tea, boba, donuts) and are so rude when we inquire about when the products will be available again. This location does not make any of their products in-store themselves, a different store will make all of the products and deliver it to them daily before opening. Every customer should keep that in mind, so that you can call beforehand to see if they have any baked goods available or if they have any drinks, smoothies, or boba available. The only reason my family and I try to come to this specific location is because it's the nearest location to us before having to head to the next nearest location that is quite a bit further...
