DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. We took our son here a couple of days ago. My son hasnt been anywhere in the last couple of months because of COVID, there was 1 other lady in there with her son. It was thursday afternoon. There were 2 girls working the "game area". Half of the games are turned off to promote social distancing. Thats understandable however the machines left to use should be functioning peoperly. From the get go we had problems. We put around 20 dollars worth of coins in one of the machines not paying attention to the ticket dispencer. The whole time the ticket dispenser was jammed, asked one of the girls to help. She opens the machine and gives me approximately 10 tickets (clearly we were owed many more tickets but I let it go) she tells me to use another machine. My son moves to the big wheel machine that takes 4 tokens per turn. The machine was only registering 3 tokens even though my son has now put a minimal of 12 tokens in. I go ask the girl for assistance again. The girl walks over opens the machine, all of my sons tokens go falling out. She collects all the tokens and locks the machine and starts walking away. I had to stop her and say can my son please have his tokens back? She turns to me amd counts 4 tokens back to me and walks away. Its thursday afternoon, there are literally 5 customers: my husband, myself, my son, random lady and her son. Chances are all the tokens she just removed from the malfunctioning machine belonged to my son. Finally we have blown threw approximately 80.00 worth of tokens and its time to cash in our tickets. Put a line of tickets in the ticket counter and it starts flashing an error code and then the screen flashes 2 tickets. Put another line of tickets in same thing happens a second time error code screen flashes 2 tickets. Go to get the girl explained what happened. She walks over opens the machine and says you can use that ticket counter. So I move over to the new machine and start putting our tickets in and she is still working on the machine next to me. After we got our tickets counted I look and the girl who I asked to fix the machine is gone. I find her playing a game a couple rows over. I said what is the deal with the ticket counter machine? She said that one does not work (no s*!t) I said what about my tickets and she said how many did you put in I said I have no idea a couple of rows worth of tickets. She just stood there and I said "asking me to move to another machine doesn't fix the situation", she replies "I understand" but never moved. We decided it best to just leave at that point! I was so discusted by this whole situation. We we treated very poorly. She made us feel like we were trying to steal tokens or tickets from her the whole time when the reality is peter piper and the employees STOLE tickets and coins from my son REPEATEDLY!! It seems peter piper implemented a bonus structure for its employees, the more tickets and coins you can steal from the customers the...
Read moreLet me start by saying that every year or two we usually come here to have a fun afternoon with our young kids. It’s always been a 3 star experience but it’s relatively cheap and our kids enjoy it so it’s worth a 3 star experience. Well it’s been a couple of years but we had a coupon deal so we gave it a shot tonight. It started out with a curt interaction with management after the cashier had a question about the coupon that needed management to answer. We should’ve left then. But we decided to stay. They made the pizza in a timely manner and it was what we ordered. At this point, I’d rate them a 2 star experience. The pizza is nothing special at all. But we knew it was mediocre pizza. Afterwards, we went to the arcade area. Oh my. 😳 This is where it really went downhill quick. It was dirty!! But even worse, while we were there a kid threw up on the carpet. The employee came out with a wash rag, did the quickest sweep up of the chunks and then used the same rag to push the door open back into the work area. No spray. No soap. No scrub. Don’t get me started on how nasty the door had to be. Oh, and the employee was back out helping at the prize counter not 60 seconds later. No possible way to make sure hands were properly washed after cleaning up vomit. We quickly had our kids use up the last few points on our card, walked next door to sprouts and scrubbed our hands thoroughly before getting in our car to go home. That will be our very last time stepping inside a Peter Piper Pizza. I know arcades aren’t the cleanest places but I expect bodily fluids are appropriately handled...
Read moreHot as hell in there, Temp was around 90 degrees, probably hotter back by the games area. Pizza was ok. But in the beginning of our visit there past Saturday we are at our grandson's birthday party there. I ordered a pitcher of beer. They requested two forms of ID!!! I'm kind of confused by this but I showed them my license and my costco card with my pic on it. They said NO SIR, we need to see an ID from someone else you will be drinking with!!! I'm like REALLY?? So I get my father in law who is standing beside me to show his ID along with mine. I then asked for 4 glasses and they said NOPE, we only give two glasses with each pitcher of beer. Hmmmm, confused again. I walk back to our seats with my beer. I'm thinking to myself, "so they want two ID's but I guess they only want two people to split a pitcher of beer instead of 4 people drinking out of it!!! Hmmmmmm, scratching my head!! So then, my father in law orders another pitcher of beer, he used the same ID that he used with my pitcher of beer that I just purchased. He was next in line and used the same ID!!! We then had to have Mom head up to the counter and show her ID as well. At this point I'm shaking my head in amazement that two 65-72 yr olds had to show their ID's to order a pitcher of beer!!! Are there some like old looking 21 yr olds out there these days? Oh, they only got two glasses as well, so we ended up asking for extra paper soda cups to go back to the table to drink our beer with. These kinds of things make my head want to explode!! What the hell is going on...
