I didn’t get to spend any money because of manager “Christian” kicked me out after 2 minutes of sitting down I came in and asked for a water and went to look up my 20% discount coupon on jack in the box app I had my bag and am traveling so I am guessing he assumed I was homeless, he told me there is no loitering ... I would have been okay with that if I was there for more than 5 minutes... but I literally just walked in.. and was looking for my discount online.. I’m not going there again. Even if I was homeless and it were my restaurant I woulda treated a human better than that. Just rude guys, anyways McDonald’s is right across the street so whoever’s reading this they have way better discounts on there online app go there plus they are not rude..;) Also there online app and website hardly ever work. But this particular place has a lot of bad reviews I’d stear clear

Read moreI went through the drive though to order me dinner, first the sales rep ask us to wait so we did then ask for our order. In the middel of us speaking him then ask to wait again. We figure it was busy and waited. Finally sales rep ask for our order again, we order a burger, then he said is that all with attitude. I really do not appreciate any attitude from salea rep and continue to give us a hard time. He even gave us a leaking drink which spilled all over the cup holders. When we called them to info them of the mistake, the manger was very rude and did not want tl hear the complaint nor fix it. Read more4:30AM "What can I get you?" I start ordering... he interrupts, "my computer hasn't reset..." I hesitate to speak, unsure what that is supposed to mean for me, "... I can't serve you anything." I awkwardly respond, "Oh Ok..." and I get the most insincere, "Sorry about that." I'm so unbelievably disappointed. I was already uneasy about the idea of visiting this location because the last time I visited this location I received staged and old and nothing-to-be-served style food. Now this time I'm not even served. I can understand that a system needs to reboot but he didn't even offer to make the food and charge me when the system is ready or give me any indication of when the system would be ready.
