Stay away from them! This company was hired to implement a new AV system In our new house. We learned at a later time that this was a family business owned by a lady named Amanda and her husband Robert who pretended that he’s only an employee of the company and the father-in-law who was the face of the company at the time of presentation and proposal. We paid over $60,000 for the project, however, they were the worst AV company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life with the worst quality of workmanship as well as cheating and false information that they provided to us throughout the few months that we had to deal with them. We finally had to find another reputable vendor to fix all the issues that they left behind and they never fixed them. Also, we found out that most of the work they did was incorrect and subpar and all had to be corrected or some of the products they installed had to be replaced due to the wrong wiring and installation. We will see these Charlatans in court to ensure they will pay for all the pain and suffering they caused us including...

They aren't qualified to do anything more than mounting TVs and even for that you can find cheaper service elsewhere. They have no clue about speakers and will pretty much scam you. I wouldn't allow them to wash my car but I would definitely be cautious of using them for anything other than something you can get a 16 year old to do for a couple of bucks otherwise you'll just end up hiring someone competent to actually complete the job.

If you take pride in your work, you should be embarrassed. I paid who I thought was a competent adult to do the work but ended up with with the work quality of a couple of kids at best. You came into my home and made a mess and left it behind for me to clean. You didn't ensure that the work you did do was actually completed you wanted me to test your work, so technically I did do it myself practically. If you want to make a donation, use them. If you want a job well done, choose another company and save yourself...

We have been working with PrismAV for several months due to the reluctance from our HOA to allow us to install a security system.
