CHECK YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE BEFORE YOU EAT HERE!!!
On 2/1/25 I chipped what I thought was my tooth (the dentist would later say it was a crown) while eating their chocolate chip pan cakes. I showed the chipped crown to my server (Jesus) and the manager (Shawn), who then comped my meal. In my mind that was an admission of their being at fault. I let them know that I would like them to pay for my portion of the dental repair that I would need. The manager took my information and said the owner would be getting in touch with me. I went to my dentist on 2/4 for some emergency repair and scheduled the crown replacement. I tried to contact the owner several more times and I finally spoke to Eusivia(sp?) on 2/15. She claimed the insurance company was involved, but I never heard from them. She told me she would call them on 2/17 and then call me back, which she never did. After multiple other attempts I finally got back in touch with her on 3/21. I was told the insurer would call me which they finally did on 3/24. A claim was filed but was denied on 4/9 because according to them, "the crown could have previously been compromised , either being loose or missing a piece prior to the incident", basically calling me a liar. I once again called the owner to let her know that the claim was denied and asked her to pay for my insurance copay of $400. She said she would check with the insurance company once again but I've not heard from her since. Eat here at...
Read moreMy first cup of coffee the rim had caked on, maybe coffee? The second cup had a little lipstick on the side I normally drink from. I decided to keep it and drink from the other side rather than ask a second time for another coffee cup. I ordered a breakfast combo of eggs, bacon and French toast. The scrambled eggs were great, however the bacon looked old and precooked but warmed up. It was very stiff and looked similar to beef jerky. The French toast was undercovered in the center to the edges and so I told the server about it. They got me another set and they were the same way.. They discounted half of my $13.99 breakfast. And that price did not include the coffee. Since I got two plates instead of one, when I finished with the eggs and bacon, my server asked if I was all done and ready to go. I said no, I still didn't get my second batch of French toast. I didn't tell them that I didn't care for the bacon and it wasn't the same guy that took care of the coffee cup switch. I had three servers help me out.
This really is the second time I have visited the franchise and I didn't really care for it...

My sister and I were meeting a friend at Starbucks, a couple doors down, and were disappointed in the small seating area - so we walked down to Morning Glory Brunchery and were PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was MORE than welcoming and accommodating!! We opted to sit in their cozy patio area and thoroughly enjoyed catching up with one another!!! Their breakfast/brunch was delicious and the iced coffees were a nice treat as well!!! We spent a little time talking to Sean, the Manager, and he was pleasant, professional and had a great sense of humor!! Angel was one of our wait staff who assisted Sean with our order and she was an absolute joy to meet!!
