Yogis Grill #2 — Restaurant in Mesa

The food is great. The one star rating is for the service. I ordered an Arizona bowl with added chicken. Came home and had no chicken. I called to let them know if I could have my food remade. The options were.. Come back for a side of chicken or bring bowl back and will remake. No refund option available. No keep your food and will make you a new one. Wait.. It gets better. I bring the bowl back and they ask for my card. (Awesome, a refund and a remake.) So I thought.. I get a refund, and they said I was done. Where is my food?? In order for me to get food I need to repay for another bowl.. WHAT? My options again were, bring the bowl back for a remake, or get a side of chicken. A refund was never an option. So, I payed yet again for a new remake. (Already came all this way for food not leaving without it) after all of this "Jane" pops out of nowhere with perfect English to say sorry, and that I should have talked to her "the general manager" for my troubles... I get 10% off my next order. 😂 no thanks. I'll go to another Yogis right...

Unprofessional behavior and rude. I have ordered from this place for years now, 3 to be exact. My orders are usually about $30 to $60 - I mainly did delivery.

If I had known earlier about the poor customer service there’s no way I would had been a customer for that long. Today, for the 3rd time, the older lady was rude to my husband. I was not aware of this happening as he would be the one going in to the restaurant for my/our order. Today he shared of this incidents and I’m upset for sending him to a place where he’s disrespected by the way this lady has spoken to him.

To the rude lady, you could have charged for the extra siracha I asked to have and save your comments. Obviously we know we can buy a whole bottle from the grocery store. Clearly it has not occurred to you that some people don’t eat this food that often.

I'm not really a regular customer here before. My cousin loves this place so much for I do not know why. She would always bring home some yakisoba, crunch rolls, calamari, gyozas, shrimp tempura, veggie tempura and teriyaki bowls for me and everybody at home. I am not a fan of sushi, until I've tasted this crunch roll, las vegas roll and spicy tuna roll. Man, I tell ya, it was really good. It's perfect for people who aren't a fan of raw stuffs(except for spicy tuna). I still wanna try some adventure with their sushis though. The teriyaki bowls and yakisobas, I do not have to rate it. It's VERY excellent to me. Their crew are always friendly, wonder if they ever get tired? It's awesome because we know how long it takes to prepare the dishes they serve, yet they still make it on time like a fastfood chain. How can I go wrong? I am...
