I saw a review about a customer being racially profiled against and I had the displeasure of my family also being racially profiled against today. We were completely ignored while waiting to order. This caught the attention of the older employee, which prompted her to ask the teen employee with the fake eye lashes to take our order (because she was just standing around as if she was purposely avoiding us. Literally). We were not greeted. I even went out of my way to greet this employee first prior to placing our order (because I have worked in customer service and was trying to believe that this employee was possibly having a bad day) and was still completely ignored. While this employee took our order, she treated us as if we were a complete burden. Every other customer in line was greated and treated/ talked to nicely (we were the only hispanics in the building). I have never felt so uncomfortable. With that being said, I do not think that the owner of these establishments is racist. I have had very nice experiences at the other locations. However, because of this experience, I will no longer return to this location and hope that this matter is dealt with accordingly. No customer, including children, should be racially...

SR in general has gone downhill and it shows in their quality. The advertising is absolutely horrible. Nothing is ever up to date. It shouldn't be so difficult to find the new cookies every week. FB is useless. Nothing is current there. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten cookies and the cookie batter is mixed too long so it's almost a cake texture. And they are cookies that are NOT supposed to be cake-like. It's never consistent. Multiple times I've gotten cookies where the whipped topping is not beaten long enough so it's runny and dripping off the cookie. We couldn't use gift cards for months, even though the sign said a few weeks. My son and I saw another customer receive the wrong cookies in their box so the employee took out the wrong cookie and put it back on the pan after the customer already touched it. More times than not we've gotten cookies stacked on top of each other ruining other cookies. As more of our ice cream arrived it was the same. We talked again to the employee who became defensive and angry, walked away twice, and then told us the machine was working just fine.
Iām okay with a machine thatās not working, and they gave us a refund, neither of these was my issue. The anger coming from this exployee was not okay and it put a damper on our evening. Perhaps we were just one of many customers who had voiced complained today and this employee was frustrated and angry; hopefully we experience happy, friendly employees on our next visitā¦as we have...
