I love my Starbucks especially at this one !! always make it right when you're paying that much for a cup of coffee you deserve to have it the way you want it and they always get it right at this one thank you Happy New Year and also I will be going to this one from now on because they're all so nice and don't say rude things about you through the speaker when you can hear them like the one on Signal Butte Baseline does they would talk about me knowing I could hear them through the speaker when I would tell him I drink was wrong they didn't care is it was a dollar McDonald drinks yeah I could see their point but I'm paying almost $7 for the drink that I buy I should have it exactly the way I want it for that much money I've been a customer of Starbucks for many years until I found this one near me I wasn't going to go back anymore because no one wants to go somewhere where people don't care about how they feel and they talk about you and they don't make your drink right on purpose and they think it's funny maybe Starbucks should hire more mature people I think not such young people who think everything's funny I'm not talking about this place here I'm talking about the one on Signal Butte and Baseline this is my new go-to place very polite people they get my drink right every time they don't complain about it I used to drive up to the one on Signal Butte and then they would say up...
Read moreIm not one to rate a huge chain one way or another. People know about them they are everywhere. This one however gave me a reason to wright a review.
When I went through the drive through today they handed me my coffee in such a way that the only place to grab it was from the top. Wouldn't have been a problem if they put the lid on all the way. They did not, heck maybe they were in a hurry and super busy. I do not know. What happened next was that the cup collapsed on the top and spilled coffee all over my vehicle and myself. Again could be a accident no worries. What bothers me is that they said and did nothing.
I expect the larger chains to offer some decent service. Like offer to replace the coffee or ask I'm alright. Something. Instead they closed the window and watched as I cleaned up my vehicle more worried about the line that was building then the accident they helped to cause.
I would not have taken anything or wanted a replacement coffee. Just a acknowledgement that they made a mistake and a apology.
Considering that there is two starbucks inside the grocery stores right next too this one and a Black Rock Coffee Bar right up the street that offers better coffee and service I recomend everyone take a little extra time to go out of there way and avoid this branch...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks on Ellsworth, swinging by every morning for my mobile order before work. It used to be a smooth, friendly experience—grab my coffee, wave at the smiling face at the window, and go about my day. But that’s all changed since they put Stephanie in the drive-thru.
Now, instead of a cheerful start to my morning, I’m met with curt responses and what feels like forced service. But today, they really took it to another level. I ordered my usual three drinks, and instead of handing them over, I was asked to pull aside like I’m in a McDonald’s drive-thru waiting for a Happy Meal. Three drinks. This was not an issue. The issue was the tone and the eye roll. I even stopped and asked her really and she came back with a real snarky ya really!!
Ten minutes later, I’m still sitting there, drinkless and annoyed. Thankfully, Michael—an absolute gem—finally brought them out, but the delay had already thrown off my morning.
Honestly, I’m done with this location. I’m sure losing my one coffee a day won’t shake their bottom line, but for anyone else looking to start their day on a good note, beware of Stephanie and her lack of customer service skills. Your morning vibes might...
