Ask for a different location store to exchange some boots because “Ana” supposedly the manager as she stated was very unprofessional, when I ask her for the address she called the other store to confirm the address but unprofessional said “hey Bebe” sounded like she was talking to his significant other. She wanted to let me know that even if I go to the other store her boyfriend will do the same as she Rudely did to me. This is so unprofessional. Never again would I purchase an item from JS. Whoever I was speaking with stated “it’s the weekend, I’m very busy, can’t be checking sizes now.” Unprofessional.
