I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but after this experience, I’ll never return. I’m leaving this review to warn others. I bought a pendant and chain for $385 as a gift, only for the chain to break the moment my family member tried it on—embarrassing and frustrating.

The receipt clearly stated exchanges were allowed within seven days, so I returned to the store expecting a fair resolution. Instead, the owner refused to exchange it, insisting on a repair and even trying to charge me $30, claiming it "wouldn’t make sense" to fix it for free. That alone is terrible customer service.

Today, after the so-called repair, the chain broke again. On closer inspection, I realized it’s not even the same chain I originally purchased. At this point, I doubt it’s real—it’s just cheaply made and a complete scam. Save yourself the time and money. The owners lack basic customer service skills, and there’s a clear communication...

I followed their instagram page and was impressed, and i went to the store and bought a rolex. The older gentlemen guided me through the process, and i was really impressed with the customer service. Will be back again...
