Best experience by far of any of the Pandora Concept stores ( stand alone ) or Pandora sold through a retailer. Been collecting for six years and Pandora is built on world wide customer service. This store is a perfect example of how to make you want to be life long customers. I don't like Town East Mall per say, it's older and not as pleasing to the eye as some of the by name malls. I watched them build it in the 70's. But if you go during the daytime Monday through Thursday it can be a lovely experience. I love Northpark , but the staffing of Pandora concept store and SWAG ( owned by the same person) is a luck luster experience. Might as well just order online at that point. But Pandora is about playing around with the charms and colors. Like LEGOS FOR ADULTS.. But if your going to buy something to wear don't you want to try on?? Got some charms during a promotion so I was to receive a free bracelet but it didn’t fit so the girl rung me up & said to just come tomorrow & pick up the bracelet as they’d be getting a shipment in. I came the next day & picked it up just to get home & it be too small. I finally got a chance to get up there to exchange it for a bigger size & the girl says that it can’t be exchanged because it’s been over 30 days. I purchased on 8/11/22 & it was 9/16/22 but I don’t think the 4 days matters considering the fact the associate gave me a bracelet that didn’t fit! I’m just the customer I don’t know the sizes & stuff she does & she’s the one that measured my wrist so she seen how small it was yet just guessed a random size to give me as a replacement & didn’t even see if it fit. Probably because she had already gotten my money & didn’t feel the need to make sure I was good as she’s just after the next sale. So now they’re telling me that I’m stuck with a bracelet that I can’t wear or exchange. I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks to speak with the owner due to him being out of town so that’s what...

I went here on Saturday the 18th. It was a short line because they weren't letting a lot of people in at once, which was absolutely fine. Once it was our turn, I was met by this fast talking salesperson who was slightly rude. She fast talked me through my whole purchase! She didn't give me time to browse thoroughly. I asked about cleaning and she rudely said they were not cleaning anything because of the holidays. I wanted to leave so bad but I needed a last minute gift for my daughter. it does not matter how many people are waiting, you don't push customers out the door! I picked a charm for my daughter that was rose gold and she insisted I take the silver, as if I couldn't afford the rose gold; just a mess! I took the silver because I didnt want to end up telling her off. I was ready to leave ATP! She's a black lady & has a really short haircut and is loud and rude. Once she saw I as going to buy,, she calmed tf down! I probably won't return to this location. I just didn't want to drive to Arlington, Dallas ...
