Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mesquite

Even though this location is the closest to me, I always go to the second and third closest for my many Little Caesar’s orders. Today I wasn’t feeling well and made an exception and ordered at this location. Huge mistake. Once again, I had a bad experience. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt for many things I hate about this location like them being super slow and how sometimes the female employees are so rude. But the thing I don’t excuse is how they massively skimp on the cheese they put on the pizza and cheese bread, to the point that the food is really terrible. I’m kicking myself. I should have just driven farther away. This LC is in a great location for customers. But the food and experience is awful. Note to self: stop coming here!!! You know better!!! Go to the Garland location and the other Mesquite locations. I’m reminding myself of this and definitely recommending this to everyone else. Took a chance and ordered pizza today at this location after being disappointed in the past. WOW what a difference! Ordered the 2 topping special and it was delicious. In the past it was over-cooked and dry but today it was perfect and bread was soft(NOT raw. So important) . breadsticks were perfectly done as well. In the past they were dry and hard. Today they were soft and evenly cut. Delicious as well. Tried the chz puff cupcake looking thingys and they were so goood. VERY SATISFIED with my purchase today. I have been avoiding a lot of Mesquite restaurants for lack of care for their food. Glad I gave Little Caesars a chance today. Manager(didn't catch his name) was very cordial and polite. Came in on Thurs, Feb 13th at 5:51 PM. The girl working counter was rude. Told her phone never works very nicely and she couldnt of cared less. She didnt answer question and when I smiled and gave her eye contact letting her know she needed to answer me she said, "I dont know I just got here." No let the manager know, no I am sorry for me not being able to place a phone order and having to wait just a smartelic remark. Then I get on line and see they already have bad reviews over the phone issue. Shame on them. Shame on company for letting it go so long.
