First of all I’m not a big review guy, writing or reading bc everyone has different experiences. So this is my experience, I went to this store on 8/4/21 at approximately 7:35. It was 7:43 exactly bc when I seen the gate or whatever it’s called was down I immediately looked at my watch. There were still customers in the store but they weren’t letting anyone else in the store. For someone who has worked in customer service, I get it. When it’s time to go you’re ready to get home to your family but if you’re supposed to close at 8:00, you don’t stop letting customers in at 7:45!!! I have no idea of when they pulled it down , it could have been down for 5 or 10 minutes at that point. Bottom line this is bad customer service!!!! But stores across the nation get away with this everyday and that is why they do it bc they aren’t going to be reprimanded! It’s a shame cause they’re costing their employer money!
