I would like to start off by saying that the man who is in the salon is by far THE WORST. This man is unprofessional and rude, if he is the owner I am extremely disappointed on his attitude and the way he treats his customers. I specifically called the day before to set an appointment for two pedicures, meaning TWO people. All my friend and I wanted was to get together, catch up and get a pedi. The minute I walked in I specifically told the woman at the front desk that I had an appointment for two people at 6PM. First of all they took a group of 3 women that were there after us before us, KNOWING that I had an appointment set up. That's when i decided to complain I was never rude, I literally let it be it was a mix up by the man. Secondly this man pointed me over to an available chair, I told them that i had specifically asked for two chairs he started speaking in his language to the woman at the front desk and LITERALLY started raising his voice at me infront of the salon filled with many women. Immediately I felt offended and started complaining. They didn't even care all he said was "No time, no Space, sit" All these people care about is money. After they were practically done with my pedi they sat my friend next me. They literally rushed us out the salon didn't even want us to wait for our toes to dry. As I was walking out the woman came up to me and "gently" smacked my back, saying "oh ya waited too long today" didn't even apologize. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING BACK. I hope someone else realizes how bad their customer service is. This place does not...

I went to this place with my friend and we waited for three hours after our appointment time. The one technician I had kept yelling at me. My friends nails ripped of in less than 3 days. Mine came off in a week. When we made our appointment we asked for acrylic and we got dip powder. Many of their polishes were old. My nails cost me 50 dollars when I normally pay 35-40. My nails were not flat. I also asked for almond nails and she gave me pointed. I went to a new place to get them filled and they told me that they did them wrong. I will never go back...

Went in for dip manicure. They took me in right away even though I went in without an appointment (which makes sense considering I was one of the first customers of them as it was early morning). The tech did a good job shaping and filing the nails though she was very slow. I was there for almost 2 hrs. I walked out with shiny, fresh manicure. However, all my nails started cracking the next day and by the 3rd day, they were broken and peeling. I plan on going back hoping they will fix it. Also, the pricing for dip manicure is on the higher end...
