Situated around the corner from where we ate, my husband and I stumbled upon a lovely establishment that offered self-serve touch-screen kiosks for placing orders. Snackpass users can take advantage of their rewards system. Their beverage menu features an array of classic teas, juices, and slushies, along with seasonal specials. For newcomers, they provide a "First Time" menu, highlighting their most popular and accessible boba creations. Other options include "I Know This Place," "Outside of 100*F," "I'd Like Something New," and their limited-time offerings under "Limit Time Sell."

Despite being full from our previous meal, one of us couldn't resist combining their sweet cravings by ordering the "Ice Cream Milk Tea" from the "First Time Here" menu. The other one of us opted for the refreshing Fresh Pineapple Mango Tea. Surprisingly, both drinks were quite sweet, even though we requested them both with 0% sugar and no ice.

Seating options at this establishment are limited. Upon entering, we noticed tatami seating by the window, a small table with two chairs immediately to the left, and a few additional tables with chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available, which attracts patrons who enjoy working on their laptops while sipping on their beverages. To keep customers entertained, a variety of games are also provided.

The service at this establishment is friendly and efficient. Staff members call out customers' names when their orders are ready and place them at the counter. The atmosphere is clean, clutter-free, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable...

So happy to have an amazing local bubble tea spot, with late hours! Customer service here is 10/10. Every staff member has been very kind and not to mention very helpful when offering suggestions on how to properly enjoy each specific drink you order.

The drink selections are unique and delicious. I especially like how their drinks (even the ones where you can’t adjust the sugar level), are never too sweet or overpowering. The toppings to liquid ratio is also perfect. I have frequented this establishment many times since they opened (no shame) and have yet to be disappointed. I’m usually very picky when it comes to the taste and texture of tapioca, but Akihi makes them perfectly. Everything has always tasted really fresh and refreshing here. I hope that never changes!

For food, I have only tried their crispy chicken, and I highly recommend it. It’s made fresh to order and is not oily or too salty. You can request it to be mild, medium or hot depending on your spice preference too. Flavor is on point no matter what you choose.

Inside, I love how open and airy it feels. The aesthetic is very warm and inviting. In addition to having someone personally taking orders, you also have the option to order via a kiosk which is super convenient. It helps that they have pictures for each item on their menu too.

Only things I’d like to see more of, are hot drink options and more flavors in general. Also, please add oreos as a topping...
