Ever since they placed the white board up and started doing sales the customer service has plummeted. I used to enjoy coming in here now it's a nightmare. The block sale that is 2 for 20$ They have a sign that says all sales are final no exchanges. I took advantage of this sale and bought 4 vapes but one of them the strawberry banana flavor stopped working that night and would not charge. I just bought 2 more and I tried the strawberry banana in front of the last and again it worked for one puff then stopped. She said she couldn't exchange it. So I get it that's why the sale, but when I asked her to at least warn the customers that some of them will not work, she simply stated that's why the sign is up. I don't understand how this company that I have enjoyeded over the last 2 years has resorted to intentionally screwing over their costumers. I am very disappointed in the new employee that I think has become the manager, but this is only an assumption. All I know is that since she got here things started turning for the worst. I bought a vap in there and that day it was DEFECTIVE. The manager wouldnt take it back!!!!!! It was on a credit card and a phone number. They clearly wouldn’t even check on it. The manger hid in the back!!!!! She hid in the back and left the girl in the front to deal with it. I spend $129 in there a month. I never keep the receipt. It made a real loud noise and taste horrible!!!!!!! I left and called back to talk to the manager. She once again hid like the coward she was and wouldn’t come to the phone!!! Bad bad busy and a coward. It was not even 24 hours later. I will never use them again. I will also tell everyone what a coward she it. And not go in there again. I haven't had a good experience with this shop. 3 stars only because the employees are kind and friendly. I went in once for a new tank and it didn't include the mouth piece. There was a spot for it in the foam packaging and talking to other shops I found it was supposed to have a mouth piece but they said i was supposed to use the mouth piece from my old tank. they charged me extra for it. But one mistake I can let go, it was only 5 dollars or so. Then I went back a month or so ago for a new kit. I don't like going to vape stores regularly so I bought a pack of coils with it. Unfortunately, today, as I changed my coil (that came with it) out today I found they gave me the wrong size on the spares. It was a full 5 pack and im sure its past the return date but honestly at this point I don't want to go back anyway. Point being the people are very very nice. BUT make sure to triple check EVERYTHING before you walk...
