My son’s girlfriend was looking to get a ring for him, and she didn’t have a bunch of money. $46.00 to be exact. We decided that it was worth a try to see if such a posh place would have something in our price range. We shuffle up to the counter and a very hardy hello was offered. The lady, Melody herself, asked us what we were looking for and we told her, and when she asked how much we could spend we stated that we had the $46. She didn’t even bat an eye, she said that she would show us what she had. She took us to the back and cheerfully and patiently showed us the things she had available. She made us feel just as valuable a customer as those that were there to spend thousands of dollars. I was so impressed with Melody’s ability to make us feel special and not shame us out the door for our “little” purchase especially in the middle of her extremely busy day. . My parents came a long way to find a new diamond for my mom's ring and found exactly what they wanted. And if they hadn't, Melody would have searched for it! I'm not sure I can express enough positive comments about Melody's Quality Jewelry. An example: one of my daughter's had lost her birthstone necklace several years' ago. On her Christmas Wish List, she asked for a replacement necklace. After contacting Melody's to find a replacement, I was offered several different stone shape options, and length of the chain. I had never custom ordered a jewelry piece before. Melody's ordered the necklace, and it was in the store within only a few days.
