I'm so mad I missed out on the sales they had. But even tho I missed out I still got some bargain deals. I have such brow raising hair style choices and often leave beauty supply stores with more than I need to achieve my looks in a diy kinda way. But this is the first time I walked out with most of what I need with just a lil diy needed on the side. It was so organized, the staff was so friendly and informed but not in a looking down on you kinda way. Was very curious and willing to give some advice along the way. They also had some great sales and the some of my fav expensive products coughAsIAmcough were the best prices without sales I've seen so far. I came here with my family, and the girl with short black hair and fair skin was incredibly rude to my mother when she simply asked a question about a wig. She acted like we should already know everything and never mentioned that the wig was damaged—she just walked away. When I went up to her, she snapped, “Your mom was asking too many questions and the wig is damaged, so I can’t sell it to you.” Why not just say that from the start?

Her attitude was uncalled for, and it really seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We ended up telling the manager, and while he apologized, it shouldn’t take someone else to say sorry—she should have handled it better herself.
