Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

There are only a few restaurants I eat it. I'm not sure how you guys can eat at some of these places. The workers and food servers are so disgusting. They rub & scratch everything from hair to skin to money, then touch your food, stick their filthy hands in your cup/plate to serve you w/o even thinking. And if you ask them politely to act like they've ever heard of general sanitary habits, they act like you're wrong. People are so commonly disgusting. This place isn't so much like that.

Eat here all the time. Everything is perfect. The only issue is they close early, and they stop preparing food well before they close.

So if you get there any time after 4 - 4:30, prepare to get the last of whatever was made and has been sitting out because they're not making anything else. And they'll look at you polite as hell, wondering what's wrong with you that made you ask.

After eating here every day for months, I haven't been in weeks because I got tired of rushing over here, just to be told they're out of everything and not cooking more. It's frustrating me while I type this.

Not sure what the strategy is to stop cooking hours before you close, but yall definitely ran off at least one customer. It's sad and irritating because as nice as everyone is there, and as amazing as the food, service, and prices are, it's crazy no one thinks of this.

If you think I'm lying, go in there between 4-5. If they don't have several, mostly empty, or completely empty, shiny and ready for the next day food pans on the line more often than not, I'll buy your food. Hours before closing??!! Damn near every day? 🤦🏽‍♂️😒

Great restaurant. & Not that yall really care (no matter how "appropriate" and kind of a response whoever's responding to all these comments may leave), but yall definitely lost a regular customer. I purchase three bread, three bulla and a small side of cabbage I'm not sure how long the cabbage was sitting out but it makes me sick.the bread and bulla missing a few ingredients. I call and spoke with Patricia she advise me to bring back the bread, bulla and the cabbage I told her that it would be impossible for me to do so because the purchase was for me and my two sisters whom live in two different cities.she ok just bring back what you have included the cabbage.when took the items back today Patricia was not working someone else was working, she called Patricia and Patricia told her to only refund me for only one bread,bulla and cabbage.i asked to speak with Patricia boss and I was told he's not available, so I said I'm going to call the TV and radio station and report them that's when they decided to give me a full refund.the food and service at the location is garbage just like...

I came to this location to get ox tail and festival, I wanted a small oxtail and small festival my mom gets it all the time. This day wasn't the same as I was told over and over that they do not do that, it took 10 minutes to explain why they do not do that and another employee had to come into the situation to elaborate. The female manager on duty sat back and watched the whole thing I was so disgusted at the lack of care and customer service that I took my business elsewhere. After explaining my disgust to the staff I exited, once I got in my vehicle the manager that was in the store was now at my vehicle.
